All three ways to add assessments will lead to the add assessments page. No matter how you reach the add assessments page, here are the steps to adding assessments.
Adding assessments on the "Add Assessments" page
There are 4 main features of the "Add Assessments" page:
You are able to search for assessments available within your clinic by using the search bar. You can search both by assessment name or code.
You are able to see what assessments within your clinic are considered adult or child assessments by using the dropdown at the top right. The default assessments shown will match those of the patient account type.
You are able to filter assessments by their clinical use by using the categories below the search bar.
To select an assessment to add, use the checkbox next to the assessment. You can select multiple assessments at a time.
Please note that there is no limitation to who assessments can be assigned for. For example, a child patient can be assigned adult assessments and vice versa.
Managing assessments from the Patient Manage tab
To edit the schedule of an assessment or remove it from a patients active assessments list, please navigate to the patient's profile and select "Manage".
Here's a quick overview of what you can do on this page related to assessments.
You can switch between Table view and Calendar view. The Calendar view produces a visual view of when assessments are set to be sent out.

You can add assessments via the "Add Assessment" icon.
You can edit assessment schedules and delete assessments via the additional options dropdown. Note that these actions are available in the Calendar view as well.

The Assessment Calendar is designed to provide admins and therapists with better visibility into a client’s assessment schedule. The calendar provides a visual overview of:
Assessments that are assigned to the patient
Assessment Responses
Assessment Status
Next Delivery Date
Assessment Calendar Statuses
The calendar will visually indicate the status of a given assessment. Users can hover over the event to see the assessment status and date details. If the assessment is assigned to a participant, this will also be visible in the tool tip.
Completed Assessments: Assessments that have been completed will appear on their completed date and will be marked green.
Missed / Expired Assessments: Assessments that have not been completed by a client and have expired (based on the accounts assessment expiry settings) will be marked red on the calendar.
Upcoming Assessments: Assessments that are scheduled to be delivered will appear on their next scheduled delivery date and will be marked grey.
Outstanding Assessments: Assessments that have been delivered but not yet completed OR expired will appear on their delivered date, and will be marked orange.
Accessing the "Edit Assessment Delivery" page and Bulk editing
There are two ways to access the "Edit Assessment Delivery" page. You can either bulk edit in the table view or use the additional options dropdown next to an assessment to edit a single assessment's schedule.
Bulk editing
If you have multiple assessments that you would like to edit, please use the bulk editing feature found in the table view.
Step 1: To start, make sure you are using the Table view.
Step 2: Select the assessments you would like to bulk edit using the checkbox on the left of the assessment name. If you would like to select all assessments use the checkbox at the very top of all the assessments.
Step 3: Select "Edit Schedule" below the view toggle to access the "Edit Assessment Delivery" page.
Edit Assessment Delivery (Automated Delivery)
There are many components to editing assessment delivery. Here are all the components you can change:
The "Delivery Type" can be managed by using the dropdown arrow. You have the choice of "Manual" or "Automatic".
The "Next Delivery Date" can be changed for Automatic assessments by using the calendar icon to select a date.
The "Time" an assessment is sent out can be changed to the precise hour by using the corresponding dropdown arrow.
The "Frequency" of an automatic assessment can be changed by using the corresponding dropdowns. The default frequencies available are 1, 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks.
The total "Number of Deliveries" can also be changed. The number ranges from 1 total delivery to 20. Additionally you can have the delivery go on indefinitely by selecting "Unlimited".
At the bottom you will find a blue notification giving you a complete breakdown of your new assessment delivery. Once you have adjusted all the components to your liking make sure to confirm.
