Assessments can be completed by patients in several different ways using Greenspace. This flexibility allows you to use Greenspace in the way that fits best for your practice and best aligns with the preferences of your patients. This article provides an overview of the different assessment completion options on the platform. Here are the options to complete assessments:

Automated Delivery
To get started, navigate to the "Complete Assessment(s) page". To do that follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to the patient you would like to complete assessments.
Step 2: In the manage tab select any dropdown next to an assessment and select "Complete Now".
Completion Methods and Selecting Assessments
Once on the "Complete Assessment(s)" page, follow the steps below to figure out how to select which assessments to complete and which method will work best:
Step 1: To start completing assessments, select which assessments you would like to complete by using the checkbox on the left of the assessment.
Step 2: Afterwards, select your preferred completion method at the bottom left.
Step 3: Select submit to get the assessment sent out/started.
"This Device" Method
This assessment completion option presents the selected assessment(s) on your device's screen for completion.
This option allows assessments to be completed in both in-person and remote sessions.
Available for patients with or without an account.
The "Automatic Sign Out" will sign you out of your Greenspace account right after the assessment is complete.
Email/SMS
The selected assessments are sent directly to the patient by email or text message. To enable this completion method, please make sure the patient has the correct patient access.
The patient can complete the assessments on their own, outside of session time.
Only available for patients who have been opted in to complete assessments remotely.
Kiosk
The Kiosk is a web address where patients can enter a unique code to complete their assigned assessments. When the patient enters their unique code in the Kiosk (which can be accessed on a phone, tablet or computer), their assessments will appear and can be completed by the patient depending on how the Kiosk is configured for the patient.
The Kiosk allows patients to easily complete assessments in the waiting area or during remote therapy sessions.
Available for patients with or without an account.
The Kiosk code as well as the link to the Kiosk will popup once the Kiosk method is submitted.

Automated delivery
If a patient is opted in for remote assessment delivery or has created an account, you can automatically deliver assessments to patients by email or text message by using assessment schedules (depending on what the patient chooses when they sign up).
