Tags are an easy way to group and categorize patients to gain insights and better understand the outcomes being generated across your clinic. Once you have implemented tags for your clinic, there are two primary places where tags will dramatically improve the insights you are able to draw from the platform.

Please note: Tags for the Clinic are configured by the Clinic Owner. Contact your clinic admins to suggest any changes for new or existing tags.
How to Add, Remove, and Manage Tags for Patients
To add tags to a patient, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to the Patient List or the tags section in a Patient's profile.
Step 2: Find and select the add tag icon. This will prompt the "tags" tab to pop-up.
Step 3: Once the tags tab is open, please select the tags you would like to add and press Apply to save the tags to the patient.
Tag Automations
Tag automations are set by the Clinic Owner and will result in assessments being assigned to patients when a specific tag is applied.
When applying tags, you may notice that there is a number and a Gear icon next to certain tags. The Gear icon indicates that the tag has an automation. The number indicates how many assessments have been set for this tag. If you hover over the number or select the tag with an automation, you will be able to see the frequency of the assessments and what assessments are assigned to the automation.
