AI/ML Feature Opt Out

Greenspace currently has features that are powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). These features are designed to support clinicians as they deliver effective, data-informed care, by seamlessly integrating advanced features and insights into their existing workflows.


Currently, here are two examples of the AI/ML features that are offered at Greenspace:

Session Prompts

  • Clinicians are presented with clinically informed conversation starters, personalized based on each client's MBC results. Clinicians are able to use these conversation starters to bring symptom insights and key data points into session.

Client Benchmarks

  • Each client's progress is presented alongside expected treatment response, which will allow clinicians to identify when a client may not be progressing as expected, by comparing the client's results to typical recovery patterns, enabling earlier, more targeted interventions.

A Note on Privacy and Data Use

These AI features are developed in alignment with our existing privacy policies, using de-identified and aggregated data to protect your organization and clients.

At Greenspace, we are committed to the ethical, transparent, and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to support and enhance mental health care delivery. We recognize that organizations may wish to limit the use of their data for these purposes.

Opt-Out Process

If your organization does not wish for its data to be used in the development, training, or improvement of AI/ML capabilities, please have the primary admin/clinic owner opt out by submitting the following forms:

If you choose to opt-out:

  • Your organization’s new data will not be used to train, validate, or improve Greenspace’s AI or ML models.

  • Your organization will no longer have access to any current or future AI-powered features, including but not limited to: Client Benchmarks, Session Prompts, and Predictive Outcomes

Once you submit the form, you will be contacted by your Customer Success Manager or our Support Team to verify your submission. There is a 1-2 week processing time to ensure that your organization data is not utilized. You will receive a confirmation that future data will no longer be used and access to AI features is removed.
