Session Prompts supports therapeutic conversations by offering providers targeted, MBC data-driven conversation prompts grounded in symptom-level insights. Rooted in the Collect-Share-Act model, this feature reduces cognitive load to translate data to conversation, supports effective use of measurement-based care (MBC) in session. As a result, Session Prompts will streamline preparation, enhance therapeutic conversations, and improve patient outcomes by helping providers use MBC best practices in their clinical sessions. This feature is exclusively provider-facing and will not be visible on the Patient's platform.
How It Works
Session Prompts can be found under the Patient's Results tab under Show Prompt for each symptom insight.
If providers do not like the prompt they can regenerate a new one in real time by clicking on the refresh icon. Providers can also offer direct feedback within the platform, enabling continuous improvement of the generated prompts.
We’ve worked closely with clinical experts from the beginning of feature development. They have informed the instructions given to our AI prompt generator and have participated in mass reviewing and refnement of the prompts generated by our AI prompt generator to ensure high clinical quality.
Please note that Session Prompts currently only cover approximately 80% of assessment responses on Greenspace. At this moment, the feature will exclude prompts that are not in English and providers will see a cautionary message directing them to follow existing organizational protocols.
AI Disclaimer
Session Prompts were developed by Greenspace with input from clinical experts. Prompts are generated using a large language model, but all instructions are designed, tested, and refined in-house to ensure they are accurate, relevant, and appropriate for use in session. While we’ve conducted extensive testing (sub-4% error rate across thousands of test cases), on occasion prompts may still be inaccurate or not useful in a given context. Providers can regenerate prompts if the initial suggestions don’t meet their needs. Prompts are designed to support—not replace—clinical judgment. No PHI is shared with the large language model to generate prompts.
If your organization wishes to opt out of Session Prompts, please contact our Support Team via Messenger or at [email protected].
