Therapists are able to switch patient account types via the Manage Patient page, and currently only have access to switch from Adult to Child.
Please note: Converting a patient from Child Profile to Adult Profile is currently only accessible to an Admin user. If you need to convert a patient from Child to Adult, please contact your Clinic Admin or Supervisor.
Adult to Child Patient Profile Conversion
To convert an adult patient to a child patient, please follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Manage page of your patient. This can be done by either selecting "Manage" from your Patient List or selecting your patient's name and navigating to the "Manage" tab.
At the bottom of the Manage tab, you will see the option to "Change to Child Patient". Select "Change to Child" to start the conversion.
Confirm the changes and select "Confirm Change".
