Overview for all users

Please see below for a summary of the patient list features available for all users:

  • Providers - This column lists all therapists that are associated with a patient. It does not list admins.

  • Assessments - The number of assessments currently assigned to the patient. If you hover over the number, it will display the names of the assessments assigned.

  • Engagement - The percentage of assigned assessments that have been completed by the patient.

  • Improvement - The overall change in symptom severity from the patient's baseline scores.

  • Alliance - The patient's most recent score on the Therapeutic Alliance assessment. If the Therapeutic Alliance is not assigned to the patient, this column will be blank.

  • Suicidality - A flag will appear here if the client has provided a non-zero response to a question about suicidal ideation in the past two months. Please note this is not editable.

  • Filter by Tags - By selecting the dropdown you will be able to select tags you wish to filter by to find patients. To do so select the tags and select close to find patients with those tags.

Overview of admins specific features

  1. Since admins can see all patients within a clinic they will be able to find patients via their assigned therapist.

  2. Admins who create patients and do not assign them to any therapist will be able to find these patients by toggling the "Only My Patients".
