Providers can be added to individual patients, allowing multiple providers to help provide care for a patient. This article will outline how to add or remove providers for a patient's file.
Adding Providers to a Patient's profile
To add providers to a patient's profile, please follow the steps below:
For Therapists, you are able to access the manage providers tab by selecting the patients profile and navigating to Additional Options > Share Patient > Manage Providers:

Step 2: Search for the provider you would like to add and select their name using the search bar.
Please note if your organization does not have Global Sharing enabled, you will not be able to see providers from other clinics within your organization.
Step 3: If you would like to share progress notes with the providers on the profile select yes, if not select no.
Please be aware progress notes will share all note types with shared providers.
Step 4: Check off the acknowledgement at the bottom and select confirm to share the patient with providers.
Removing Providers from a Patient's profile
To remove providers from a patient's profile, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Navigate to the "Manage Providers" tab. More instructions on how to do so can be found in the adding provider instructions above.
Step 2: Select the remove icon next to the provider you would like to remove.
Step 3: Make sure the acknowledgement checkbox is completed and select confirm.
