If a password reset is required for your account, you can use the "Forgot your password" module within the sign in page.
This guide also includes steps to resolve issues with your security questions and provides additional troubleshooting information.
Please note: If your Organization has SSO enabled (ie, Azure AD, Google SSO) please reach out to your IT team to reset your account.
Step 1: Navigate to "Forgot your password?".
Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your Greenspace Account.
Step 3: Go to your email inbox and open the reset password email. Use the link provided in the email to reset your password.
Step 4: Enter the answer to your secret question and enter a new password.
Step 5: After resetting your password, navigate to your profile settings to update your security question. This ensures better security for future resets.
Please note: If you have forgotten your secret answer, you will need to contact Greenspace Support via the Messenger chat or via email ([email protected]) to verify and reset your account. There will be additional verification requested by the support team.
