Password Reset

If a password reset is required for your account, you can use the "Forgot your password" module within the sign in page. To begin a password reset please follow the steps below.

Please note: If your Organization has SSO enabled (ie, Azure AD, Google SSO) please reach out to your IT team to reset your account.

  • Step 1: Navigate to "Forgot your password?".

Step 2: Enter the email address associated with your Greenspace Account.

Step 3: Go to your email inbox and open the reset password email. Use the link provided in the email to reset your password.

Step 4: Enter the answer to your secret question and enter a new password.

Please note: If you have forgotten your secret answer you will need to contact Greenspace Support ([email protected]) to verify and reset your account. There will be additional verification requested upon the support team.
