You can change the email address associated with your account at any time. Doing so changes the credentials you use to sign in, as well as any communications sent by the platform. This article contains step by step instructions on how to change the email address associated with your account.
Updating your email address ensures that you stay connected and receive all relevant communications such as questionnaires.

Step 1: Sign in to your Greenspace Health account using your current credentials.

Step 2: To get started, click your name located at the top-right corner of the screen and select Settings from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Navigate to Security.

Step 4: Click on edit next to the email you want to change.
Important Notes After updating your email, you will only receive communications such as questionnaires if they are assigned by your clinic or therapist.

Step 5: For security purposes you will prompted for your password. Please enter your new email address and Save.
