You can customize certain preferences and notifications so you can stay informed of the activity relating to your account. This article summarizes the different preferences and notification options available. To navigate get started please navigate to settings by selecting your name at the top right.
Email Notifications
Account Activation
Selecting Yes will notify you each time a patient accepts their invitation to create an account.
Shared Patients
Selecting Yes will notify you each time a patient is shared with you or assigned to you.
Please Note: This notification is only available to therapists that are part of a Clinic on Greenspace.
Missed Assessments
You can choose to be notified when a patient misses a certain number of assessments in a row. This can be helpful to ensure patients are engaged and participating.
For example, if you were to choose 5 Missed you would be notified when a patient has missed 5 assessments in a row.
Completed Assessments
You can choose to be notified when a patient has a certain number of new assessment responses available for you to review.
For example, if you were to choose 5 Completed, you would be notified when a patient has completed 5 assessments that you have not yet reviewed.
Please Note: If you view the patient's results, you won't receive this notification, since the responses are no longer considered unviewed.
Weekly Report
You can choose to receive a weekly report summarizing your patients' activity on the platform over the past week, including completed assessments.
This report is automatically sent to you every Monday morning.

Other Preferences
Therapeutic Alliance
Given the sensitive nature of the Therapeutic Alliance measure, you can choose to hide the display of its results from your patients.
If you choose No to displaying the results of the Therapeutic Alliance to your patients, when they sign into their accounts, they will be able to see all of their assessment results, except for the results of the Therapeutic Alliance.
Please Note: This setting applies to all clients uniformly.
Automatic sign out when completing assessments
When completing an assessment during session and you select This Device as the Completion Method, you have the option of whether to be automatically signed out of your account.
This setting determines whether the checkbox that decides whether you will be automatically signed out of your account is pre-selected, when completing an assessment with a patient.
If you select Yes, the. checkbox will be automatically pre-selected when completing an assessment via This Device.
Please Note: This preference can be overridden each time you complete an assessment. So if you were to de-select Automatic Sign Out, you would not be signed out of your account when completing the assessment with the patient.
Patient Invites
Sign Up Link
The unique sign up link can be copied and sent over to your patients directly. The link will provide the patient a sign up page and once complete, the patient will automatically added to your patient list.
Email invitation
You will be able to edit the content of the your email invitation for patients in the preferences. Simply select edit and you will be directed to edit the selected invitation template as shown below:

Tags in the Preferences
You will be able to see the all the Tags in your clinic in the preferences. If you needed to modify them please reach out to your clinic administrator.
