Therapists and admins can now delete completed assessment responses directly from the Assessment Calendar. This allows patients to immediately retake assessments when responses were submitted in error or need to be redone.
Please note: this is a permanent hard delete.
Once confirmed, the response cannot be recovered through the platform.
How does it work?
Step 1: Navigate to a patient's Assessment Calendar view.

Step 2: Click on any completed assessment response in the calendar. A dropdown menu will appear.
Step 3: Select "Remove Response" option from the dropdown.
Step 4: A confirmation modal will appear with a warning banner explaining that:
The deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
The response will be removed from all results and insights
The patient will be able to retake the assessment immediately
Click "Delete" to confirm.

The "Remove Response" option is only available for completed responses. Outstanding (pending) and expired responses cannot be deleted through this feature.
