Overview
Therapist Impact is a dashboard that brings therapist-level engagement metrics and clinical outcomes into one place. Admins and supervisors can use it to review engagement and outcomes across their team, while therapists can use it to view their own data.
This dashboard is designed to support coaching, quality improvement, and therapist accountability by showing engagement and outcomes side by side.
Accessing the Therapist Impact Dashboard
To open the Therapist Impact dashboard:
Select Analytics from the left-hand navigation (for admins).
Navigate to the Outcomes section.
Select Therapist Impact beneath MBC Benchmarks.
Therapists can access the Therapist Impact Dashboard from the top navigation bar next to Caseload Assistant.
Browse and Filter Data
Within the Therapist Impact Dashboard, admins can review therapist-level data across their organization and filter by clinic or therapist for a more focused view. This makes the dashboard useful for both organization-wide reporting and one-to-one supervision.
Therapists see only their own data and do not have access to peer data.
View Engagement Metrics
The engagement table shows how actively therapists are using Greenspace and driving assessment completions on their caseload over the last 30 days.
Engagement metrics include:
Case Count
Logins
Result Views
1+ Assessment Completions
2+ Assessment Completions
Average Assessment Completions per Case
Note: The 2+ Assessment Completions column counts cases with two or more completions of the same assessment during the last 90 days. It does not count two different assessment types completed once each.
View Outcome Metrics
The outcomes table shows clinical impact across each therapist’s caseload. These outcome metrics are shown using all-time data.
Outcome metrics include:
Average Therapeutic Alliance Score
Reliable Improvement Rate
Average Score Improvement
Average Improvement Score (Severity-Adjusted)
Review Trend Graphs
Therapist Impact Dashboard also includes weekly trend graphs to help show behavioral patterns over time.
These graphs include:
Therapist Logins by Week
Therapist Result Views by Week
Therapist View
Therapists have access to a self-view that is limited to their own data. This allows them to monitor their own engagement and outcomes without seeing data for other therapists.
