Every clinic or organization has the ability to customize their account to suit their needs. There are basic configurations that can be updated at any time under Clinic Settings > Configuration.
Configurations
Assessment Expiry
The Assessment Expiry section allows you to set the expiry time for all scheduled assessments. This determines the length of time that automatically delivered assessments are available for all patients within the clinic to complete. The default expiry time for these assessments is 4 days, but you can adjust this to range from no expiry up to 30 days. Any updates to this setting will only apply to future assessment deliveries and will not affect any current outstanding assessments.
From the dropdown options, select from a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 30 days, or select No Expiry.
For example, if you choose 7 Days, all scheduled assessments will be available for patients to complete for 7 days after delivery before expiring.
Selecting the No Expiry option ensures that all scheduled assessment do not expire unless they are completed by the patient.
Assessment Reminder
The Assessment Reminder determines when patients receive a reminder to complete an outstanding assessment. By default, a reminder notification is sent two days after delivery if the assessment has not yet been completed. You can update it for the clinic to a minimum of 1 day and a maximum of 9 days, as well as an option for No Reminder.
From the dropdown options, select from a minimum of 1 day to a maximum of 9 days, or select No Reminder.
For example, if you choose 5 days, patients will receive a reminder notification 5 days after a scheduled assessment delivery, if the assessment has not yet been completed.
Selecting the No Reminder option ensures that no reminder notifications are sent after the assessment has been delivered.
Note: The assessment reminder period must be at least one day less than the select assessment expiry period.
Patient Shared Notification
Patients can be shared with new providers on the Patient's Manage page. When a patient's profile is shared, the new therapist will receive a notification. The clinic can decide whether the patient receives a notification. By default, patients are notified when their file is shared with new providers. Toggling this option to "no" will stop all future patient notifications regarding provider updates on their file.
Enable Note Supervision
Clinics can choose to enable Note Supervision, which allows progress notes to be reviewed and approved by supervisors. This means that a completed note would be signed by both the supervisee and a supervisor. This feature is beneficial for organizations that employ a formal supervisory process and want to use Greenspace to make the supervisory process more efficient.
At this time, this setting will apply to all clinicians within the organization and the clinician will have the option to request for supervision for every note they create

Stacked Organizations
Stacked Clinic Accounts provide a structured view of data and settings for organizations with multiple programs using Greenspace. They allow administrators to manage elements and configurations that apply to all clinics and sub-clinics within the organization. Organization Settings for Stacked Accounts are configured under the Master Clinic.
Each of the following settings can be configured to enable customization at the clinic level, or have the setting remain the same across all clinics:
Master Patient Profile Template
Toggling this to Yes will make it so the same Patient Profile Template will be used for all patients across all Clinic Accounts.
Uniform Patient Tags
Toggling this to Yes will make it so there are the same Patient Tags across all Clinic Accounts.
Sharing Patients Between Clinic Accounts
Toggling this to Yes will make it so that patients can be shared across different Clinic Accounts. If this setting is toggled to No, the patient can only be shared within the same sub-clinic.
