The Multiple Episodes of Care feature is currently in Beta and only available to some customers.
Patient Profile Fields
With the introduction of ‘Episodes’, patient profile sections can be configured to be episode-specific.
Step 1: In “Clinic Settings”, under the “Patient Profiles” tab, click “Edit Section” on the section you wish to configure.
Step 2: Near the top of the section, you will see “Unique for each episode?”. Click on the toggle to enable this setting.
Step 3: At the bottom of the section, click “Save”. Once this setting has been enabled and saved, it cannot be undone (the section will always be episode-specific).
Episode-specific sections will have a blue “Episode” label in the top right corner
How does this affect the Patient Profile?
Profile sections that are episode-specific have a blue “Episode” label in the top right corner. Each episode will have its own copy of these fields. Any changes made will only affect the selected episode.
When an active or most recent episode is selected, all profile sections will appear under the “Profile” tab
When a past episode is selected, only episode-specific sections will appear under the “Profile” tab
