The Assessment Library allows clinic admins to access and browse through Greenspace’s 500+ assessment catalog directly in the platform. Admins with the Manage Assessments permission can add or remove free assessments without contacting their CSM, while therapists have read-only access to see which assessments are enabled at their clinic.

To open Assessment Library:

The library opens to the assessments that are currently enabled for your clinic by default.

Within the Assessment Library, you can browse the library and use search and filters to narrow results. Available filters include category, language, recipient type, and licensing status.

The library opens to the clinic’s currently enabled assessments; therefore, if you want to explore the full catalog, update the status filter to view all assessments.

Select an assessment to open its detail view. From there, you can review information such as the assessment description, keywords, question count, and a sample of the assessment before deciding whether to enable it.

This helps Admins evaluate assessments before adding them to their clinic’s assessment library.

Admins with the Manage Assessments permission can add or remove free assessments directly in Assessment Library.

The Manage Assessments permission is off by default and is granted per admin under Clinic Management in admin settings.

For organizations with stacked clinic structures, adding an assessment opens a sub-clinic assignment step. All sub-clinics are toggled on by default, and you can adjust them before confirming.

Not all assessments can be added directly in the library. Licensed-restricted and custom assessments show a ‘Contact Your CSM to Add’ prompt instead of an Add button.

The Assessment Library also shows assessments globally, including ones that may not yet be available in your country. If an assessment is not available in your region, the library will direct you to your CSM for next steps.

If you do not see the assessment you need, use the ‘Don’t see what you’re looking for? Request an assessment’ option at the bottom of the page to submit a request.

Therapists can access a read-only version of the Assessment Library for their clinic. They can search and filter the assessments that are already enabled, but they cannot add or remove assessments.

This read-only access also applies to independent therapists.

The full assessment catalog appears in the library. If an assessment is not available in your region, or if it requires additional licensing or setup, the library will direct you to contact your CSM for further information.

Free assessments can be added directly by admins with the Manage Assessments permission. Licensed-restricted and custom assessments still require support from your CSM.

If your organization has multiple clinics, organization admins can manage assessments for sub-clinics in one place. Each sub-clinic can still have its own assessment setup, and sub-clinic admins only see and manage the assessments for their own clinic.
